Wow, the teaser is awesome!!! Shaun gives excellent form pointers through out the entire workout (the tips are displayed on the screen, too), he is serious but very motivating (not goofy, like in Hip Hop Abs or Rockin' Body workouts). I have fairly good cardio endurance, but by the last set (push-ups, mountain climbers, burpees, plank/side knee jump), I was slowing down the pace & reps to finish out the workout. The cast took plenty of extra rests and were out of breath, too (most of the females look like dancers).
The warm-up was about ten minutes (jacks, jog, butt kicks, Heisman), then 10 min. stretch, then more drills (football runs, ski jumps, jump squat, fast run, knee ups), short punches section (jabs, uppercuts), followed by a short stretch (3-4 mins) that repeat the exercises from the first stretch. The set of each execises is repeated 3-4 times, with each subsequent time, the pace of exercises increases. Shaun does give many water breaks throughout the workout. There wasn't a modifier, but exercisers could be done more shallow, slower pace, less reps or w/ more rests in between. Not all of the exercises were high impact, and many of the moves are recognizable from Plyo X but done w/ max reps & faster pace (Heisman, jump squat, run lunge/Mary Catherines, jump shot/basketball). Workout is about 41 mins, and the music was not noticable to me because I was focusing on getting through the workout.
Overall a good cardio workout, I cannot wait for set to come out.
