I have all (but the new ones) and In the process of trading them. I understand the health benefits of it, and I don't know why I didn't enjoy it. The few times I did it I did get a work out (Yoga Bliss Hips). But I think this was a part of why I didn't like yoga.

My favorite is Journey Through the Chakras. It feels complete and perfect & I feel great afterward. I always do the whole thing.

I also gravitate toward Bliss Hips, Beauty Body (which I didn't like at first but now love) and maybe Quick Fixes or Stretch.

Oh, and I lurrrrrve doing a matrix of Warrior warmups + tune-in/relaxation/closing prayer. Lovelovelove it at night. Breath of fire puts me to sleep beautifully.

I haven't warmed up to the new ones much. Haven't given them much of a chance, but they didn't grab me. They felt too taxing and I liked the music less than the older ones. Well, maybe I like the newnew ones' music, I forget. But the first blond ones I didn't like for music. ETA: And "Journey" makes me want to clean house. But the feeling passes by the end of the workout. It's strong around first chakra time, though. I keep envisioning the attic all cleaned out.

I really love "Peace of Mind for Stressful Times." (not RaviAna)

But mostly I'm doing barre these days, and less yoga, so I've not done much for kundalini in a while. It does help me sleep, though.

Beginners and Beyond (first one): I love the spine series; the 5 Tibetens practice a nice concise little workout

Body Electric: Love the first two sets and feel that I get a workout from it

Quick Fixes: short practices and a nice selection of premixes. Love the headache practice, especially the "roll your head around."

But I really do like (and have) them all

ETA: I forgot to state why I like these so went back to add in.

Hi Gale!

Are there any places online to see clips of the RaviAnas? Youtube has a limited number and neither Mary nor Collage sell them.

Pat, I posted on Facebook to ask Ana if they would consider putting clips of all their dvds on their website. Hopefully someday they will!
