The ones I reach for the most are:
Beginners and Beyond (first one): I love the spine series; the 5 Tibetens practice a nice concise little workout
Body Electric: Love the first two sets and feel that I get a workout from it
Quick Fixes: short practices and a nice selection of premixes. Love the headache practice, especially the "roll your head around."
But I really do like (and have) them all
