Carla, I don't do the upper body bootcamp because I get lots of upper body in my regular yoga workouts, and because I don't like the 20-minute repetitive work. I do love the Bootcamp standing series, though. I use that as add ons a lot, and it comes to about 30 minutes.

I just did the Body Bliss section of this DVD this morning, which includes this session. I know them as bird dogs. I had no idea there were 312 of them? Pretty proud of getting through this with BOF at 6 AM!
