Hi Glenda. My goal for the Push phase was to do dumbbell chest presses with a pair of 40 lb. dumbbells. I reached that goal my second week, so I decided to do only 3 weeks for this phase, too. I did an active rest week for week 4 and then moved on to the Lean phase. For me, the Lean phase is where the real changes started to occur, and the maintenance phase was just icing on the cake.
