54 min, Cathe - AfterBurn alone Jessica - HIIT for Beginners: Kickboxing Interval Training with buddy Tue-7-Apr 60min, Cathe - Upper Body Split alone Jessica - 40min Cardio Barefoot Flow with buddy Wed-8-Apr 58min, Cathe - Tabatacise alone YouTube something dancy, cardio - can't remember with buddy - have since set "history" to be saved Thu-9-Apr Les Mills - Body Step 68 alone Fri-10-Apr 30min of Rebecca Small - Step Mechanic, proved too complex on the choreography for buddy 30min of HIIT via an App - buddy's choice - simple moves Sat-11-Apr 50min, Youtube - HASFit - Total Body Workout, no equipment, with buddy AND her husband Sun-12-Apr 120min, long walk and hill-climb (bush & beach) with my DDs (22). Lovely Easter Sunday outing.
