Wow I didn't realize KBs were so expensive. I'll have to check out the local Ocean State Job Lot.

Pat58: Well, if you buy from GoFit and want the contoured ones, yes, they are. You can buy good, affordable kettlebells from Walmart (online - lots of varieties and have it shipped to the store), Amazon, etc. Don't let the GoFit influence your decision. You can catch kettlebells as low as a $1 a pound online and at places like Academy Sports.

Pick one up, feel the handle, see if you like how it feels in your hand and in the rack position. Don't like it? Try a different brand.

JenHitt: Thought the link might be helpful to tell what poundage she is using since they're dipped. Some folks don't like the contoured bells. They're OK. I have one. I'm not a huge fan of the coated bells for some reason. I have several Body Solid and Cap branded kettlebells and a C9 dipped bell (round) from Target. I picked up the Cap ones from WalMart as a set for like $60. The Body Solid's I bought in-store at a fitness store.

Thank you for the tips, Gibbee!

The cardio clip looks good. Only saw one impact move. I love when Kelly gets me into a cardio zone without jumping.

Dying to see the lower and upper body workouts now!

Where's the modifier??

The latest clip shows everyone jumping with no modifier doing low impact and everyone using a step (I thought she was going to have someone demonstrating with no step).

I started out in 2014 with the yellow 10-pound contoured kettlebell purchased from Amazon to use with Kelly's SlimSculpting. About a year later I purchased the red 15-pound one. I really like both of them and change up the weight for different moves. Keep an eye on pricing because they can change; I was ready to buy the red one sooner, but the price had jumped to the mid-40's and I waited until it dropped back to $34.55, which is today's price.

Sometimes you can catch them at Target on sale (25% off plus your 5% w/your target card).

I like the looks of this set - I like the pace and the moves (slightly different than "traditional"). I've pre-ordered!

I had posted a thread on this last month - Kelly just doesn't seem to use a modifier any more. I saw a few modifications in the clips. I guess we're on our own.

I pretty much have to modify and from the earlier Lauren videos, have gotten pretty good at it.

Kelly wrote back to me on Facebook saying you can do the program without a step and without even a KB, just use the dumbbell - perhaps that is all the modification we get? (subbing out a DB)
