HELP! Looking for similar home workout

I had the best results when I took a Fusion Fit class at my local gym. It was a hour long mix of weights, cardio and some balance moves. We went through stations (i.e. one station of battle ropes, another of barbell squats) for a minute at each station. We typically did 2 full circuits, took a 3-5 minute break and did one last sprint (about 45 seconds at each station). My schedule conflicts with all of their available times now and I wondered if there was an equivalent on the market. This was a total body workout. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Maybe Paul Katami's 4x4 set? Obviously nothing on DVD will give you all the equipment options you have a the gym in one workout but in this set, Paul rotates through 1 minute each of upper body, lower body, core exercises and cardio. Each workout is about 45 minutes.

Here's the link to the set on Mary's site so you can see the clips and read about how it's set up: https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Pau...nly-p/2066.htm

There's also a package on her site that includes a foam roller and stretch rope for a little bit more. These sets tend to go on sale regularly, and are also usually marked down during her big sales.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer has two Athletic Conditioning DVDs, and Circuit Burn is one minute intervals between weights and cardio, including boxing. You can make 60 minute workouts with the premixes.

Some stand alone workouts to consider may be Amy Dixon/Paul Katami's Double Down and Amy Dixon's Breathless Body 4 Going Strong OR Bob Harper's Inside Out workouts Body Rev Cardio Conditioning and his Pure Burn Super Strength.

What about Toby Massenburg's Chisel? It alternates strength and cardio in 10 blocks.

Thanks everyone...I will check out Paul Katami. I do have KCM Circuit Butn and can turn it into an hour long workout. But I will modify some of her “new age” strength moves..LOL! I also have the 10 Days to a Better Body DVD.

I also just though of JNL Fusion! She does 30 seconds of a strength move immediately followed by 30 seconds of cardio, and repeats twice for a total of 3 sets before moving on to the next pair of exercises. Her workouts are targeted to specific body parts (with a couple total body workouts in the rotation as well) for each workout, but you definitely get a good combo of strength and cardio in each workout.

This set is SUPER cheap now on Amazon!! I just looked it up to post the link here, and it's only $19.99 for the complete set that includes the ropeless jump rope and the bonus workouts: https://www.amazon.com/Fusion-Comple...rds=JNL+Fusion

You can also get the basic set for $14.99: https://www.amazon.com/JNL-Fusion-Ba...L+Fusion&psc=1
