Hi Jane,
I'm in Phase 2 and these are the weights I'm using:

Squats with weight on one side - 25 lb. kettlebell
Plank Row - 15 lbs.
Overhead Press - 15 lbs.
One legged deadlift - 20 lb. kettlebell
Suitcase Deadlift - 25 lb. kettlebell
Double Arm Row - 20 lbs.
Halo - 20 lb. kettlebell
Split Squat on step - (2) 15 lb. dumbbells

I think that's it, I'm following the DVDs. HTH.

It's helpful if I'm not familiar with that exercise or haven't done a particular exercise in a while. Just as a general guide.

I'm in the second week of the 3rd phase, and so far these are my results:
Bust down half inch
Waist down 1 inch
Hips down 1 inch
Thighs down 1.25 inches
Biceps down .25 inch
I know we weren't supposed to weigh ourselves, but I lost 11 pounds. I completely fit into a pair of jeans that I couldn't even begin to wear before I began.
I still have a few weeks left, and want to lose more weight, but seemed to have stalled.
The other results are improved core strength, improved resting heart rate, and I believe the offset loading has helped me with some inbalances I have. I feel I have made strength gains as well --- for example, my pushups have definitely improved.
I have found this rotation to be challenging and different, and I want to continue to grow with it.

THanks for posting. For the squats with weight on one side I can squat more than I can hold, but I think you are supposed to hold the weight (i.e. not put it on your shoulder).

Kathy, have you seen results so far?

Great to hear! Thanks! I also weighed myself even though I wasn't supposed to, and in week 3, I'm down 3 pounds

I didn't like that part either, but it was a trade-off for the loss on the waist, hips and thighs, I guess. At any rate, I'm pleased with the results, so far.
