thanks again for all the replys....and I agree that you definatley have to add cardio to them...I've added to cardio to the mix and feel much better about the whole thing (I also feel like I'm avoiding a bit of over-training, which I was worried about with the 6 days of strength training only)...

I also use Dynamic Tension as a total-body workout. It's supposed to have three different workouts to be done on different days of the week, but doing all three days takes 36 minutes. I modify it by pyramiding, and, since she lifts slowly in this one, I can lift heavy. It's on the same DVD as NonStop.
