I like Fast Forward, but Deanne has made some good points. I usually do Cycles 1 & 2 on the same day, and save Cycle 3 for the second day. This workout takes more time than Definition, but because you work different body parts in the giant sets, no body part ever feels completely exhausted. But you will get results!
I like Joyce and Marthe's relationship in this one. It always makes me chuckle.
