I do a Joyce strength workout typically a couple of days a week, each week, but I use her books and mix and match as suits. I love her no nonsense approach to basic weight training pyramid style.

I like her Bottoms up book.

While searching for something else I ran into a Joyce Bootcamp Rotation...looks pretty intense though. Go to last page to see hej (Mary's) post http://videofitness.com/~vfwnk/forum...=108023&page=4

Joyce's Bottom's Up book is what got me started doing weights way back when.

Me, too. I bought the book and the original Bottoms Up videos from HSN.

Thanks to this thread I decided to try the workouts before getting rid of them. I did like the Just Joyce series and will keep them. However the others that I tried I didn’t really like. One thing I noticed that she barely has any lower body work in her dvds and usually it includes back or biceps. I need more lower body work than that and I feel there are better full body workouts. I still have a bunch to try and will definitely be trying those before getting rid of them.

try bottoms up gold plus - 11 lower body exercises! Her splits are more intense IMO for lower body.

I never really liked Joyce's lower body exercises.
