The bikini photo that Joyce posted on her Joyce L. Vedral Facebook page is recent. She says she is 75 in that photo. You have to friend request her on that page to see it. I sent her a friend request last night and she approved me this morning.
Joyce is truly an inspiration. She has always advocated strength training for women, and men, and encourages women to be strong and take control of their lives. She has never wavered from what she has advocated for the last 30 years. I give her a lot of credit. Sue |
