Linda Woolridge's Resist a barre DVD is all band work. It's pretty intense though - at least for me.

in P90x, someone is always using bands. same with P90M.

winsor pilates power sculpting series uses the long band.

There are some Leslie Sansone workouts that use tubing or bands. There's an older one called Walk Strong that uses bands. It is different from another old one also called Walk Strong that uses weights. There's also a Leslie workout with "Boot Camp" in the title that uses Figure 8 tubing. Her Slim Your Hips and Thighs workout has a 30 minute walking workout plus 15 minutes of tubing work for the lower body.

Gin Miller's Build Up Your Muscles has a tubing section. (The other three workouts on the dvd use other things.)
