I am using Fat Burning Workout 2, Weight Training Made Easy, and the Definition series. I am looking to add Fast Forward since it goes a bit slower. I mix them all up and just go upper one day and lower the next. I workout 6 days a week. Because of my allergies I am currently not doing any cardio and I am still getting results -- my doctor could not believe it was me when she saw me last week.

Susan, what poundage(s) are you using with these tapes? Thanks!

Currently I am using 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6.5 pounds. It really depends on the part of the body I am working as to what I can lift. On the Definition tapes I could not possibly go any heavier than the 1, 2, and 3 pounds -- my arms feel like limp noodles when I am finished. Joyce's tapes are just go too fast for me to go very much heavier right now. I have heard the Fast Forward tapes are slower and I would think one could go heavier with the slow speed. I really think the secret to Joyce's tapes is the pyramid lifting that she teaches.
