I seem to remember that this one is at a slower pace than most of her other workouts. Many of the others I've tried move too quickly to keep up safely for me (and I don't lift heavy weights) - I traded FF before I tried the other videos (I wanted 2-day splits) and now wish I had kept it as I liked it best of the Joyces. Have fun trying her other videos, she is funny but be careful with the pace
