She does the boxing in intervals which is basically HIIT. For example the 16x1 boxing video is 16 1 minute intervals with 1 minute rest btwn. Sometimes you do a core exercise and sometimes you just rest. In some workouts the work and rests are longer.

She does talk in some of her videos about doing the occasional spin session or other cardio because she enjoys it. She recommends doing cardio you enjoy just not for hours on end.
