The STS system. My upper body feels so different and my arms are way slimmer than they were. I'm on my fourth round and still see gradual improvements each time I run through it.

Yes, that too! My big move was to stop evening snacking. Wow. I don't think I realized how many calories I was taking in at night, the time at which I needed them least.

I would agree with limiting snacking at night, which is really hard for me for some reason!

Also, I've joined a group class boxing club where each person has a heavy bag, and you have hour classes. First 15 minutes is hard core cardio warm up, then you ahve 8 3 minute boxing drills, then finally a 15 minute core workout with medicine ball. That class kicks my a$$ everytime. I dropped inches immediately! I've been doing it about a month and the results keep coming!
