Thanks Sherry! I ordered. I have a couple of his; I had ordered this one for my elderly father and he *loves* it. I have done a couple of the practices with him and wanted a copy for myself so this price helped me do just that. I really wish there was a DVD of the streaming 30 day challenge - I know my Dad would love some different routines, and the 7 minute format and all standing exercises are perfect for him.

Yes I have done it once thru and am getting ready to do it again. I always start my day with CS and then a Lee Holden Qigong.

I think you will get alot of use from it, especially for that price.

Sherry - thanks for posting this. I ordered it, received my DVD yesterday. 7 minutes a day seems doable and a great way to ease into these type workouts. I will try a routine after my workout this morning!
