I use 2 blank calendars that I downloaded, that have been OOP for years, so links don't work. If anyone is interested, send me a pm with your email address & I can attach them. One was from Hewlett-Packard, a pretty green background with a a couple of drawings of exercisers The other is a P57 calendar of 4 weeks, from a challenge to do 4 workouts per week; daily squares are empty, the sidebar has spaces for tracking your progress with tape and scale.
