Dance Workouts
Are there any good dance workouts on youtube?
I really like jazzercise but it is too expensive so wondering if there is anything out there like that or similar. I want to do something besides walking workouts all the time. Nothing long, just something to get me up and moving during break time. Thanks! |

Shine Dance Fitness just posted a full length class on you tube. They have two express classes on there also. Otherwise they have individual songs you can string together.
