I am really loving the two latest Metabolic Strength workouts (5/6)! While I really like the heavier/slower workouts on each of the other two DVDs (1/2 and 3/4), I didn't really love the quicker/lighter weight workouts on those. But I like these both a lot!
I just did one of Marcus Martinez's new Kettlebell Difference workouts, and while it was good, Tracie's latest are more interesting and fly by (to me).
