Any Bullet Journalers Out There? How Do You Use It For Fitness?

I've been using the bullet journaling system/idea for awhile now and am getting into using it more. I've been playing with ways to use it for my fitness efforts and wondered if anyone here has any experiences they'd like to share?

Currently, I am tracking 3 healthy habits on daily basis on my weekly spread (I don't use daily spreads) and I also have a spread with a grid with days across the top and 4 weeks down the left side (Week 1, Week 2, etc.). In the resulting boxes, I'm writing my workouts on a daily basis with a comment about each workout. I'm trying to motivate myself to like exercising more via positive comments. We'll see if it works.

I'd love to hear if others have any ideas of their own.

I track sleep, cause working nights I know I don't sleep enough

I also track workouts on a monthly basis, but will start tracking in my weekly set up starting next week. I also track my daily steps cause I'm trying to just be more active over all.

I've also got a page for personal records for deadlifts, squats, hip thrusters, shoulder press and bench press for when I'm lifting heavy

It's amazing how timely this is lol I just started using some of the bullet journal techniques to record my workouts.

I also do art journaling and decorate or doodle the bullet journal pages. Be warned, I love bright colors

Here is a link to pictures of my workout bullet journal

I change it as I go along and experiment a lot. I also number every page tho it isnt seen in the pictures.

Thank you
I took a quick peek at your utube channel (love all your pets <3) and by my definition of creativity - you exude it, so bright Great hair energy

My definition of creativity - something was one way & you took the initiative to "create" something new from it - hence creativity & artistic eye. Could be cooking, how someone tells a story, dresses, arranges furniture, sews, solves a problem not just for paper & paints by a long shot. That's how I see it anyway.

Thanks for sharing. I like color, too. I'm not very artistic, but I like expressing myself through color and since it's just for me, that's fine.

I think some people are artistic, but just about everyone is creative in one way or another.

I don't use a bullet journal but I do buy a printable TN insert in PDF and then I can type in my rotation and type in what I want to track in the monthly tracker. Then I print and cut and put it in my Foxy Fix.

I am a minimalist bullet journaller.

I track weekly workouts in a weekly spread, with day/workout. circle to check.

I also write three priorities for each week at the start of each weekly spread, and sometimes these are health and fitness and self-care related. It helps me to see these when I open up each day to the weekly spread.

My bullet journal is compact size, with black pen and use of gold stickers.

Anny - I like the idea of the goals. Also, I used to track things I'm grateful for and got away from it.

I don't keep a daily gratitude list but I do have a little section in my weeklies where I write down one thing to remember from each day. It is kind of fun/interesting to look back on weeks and memories. Sometimes these are fitness related.
