Navy Seal/Scott Helvenston videos anyone?

I just received a box set of Scott Helvenston's Elite videos containing his Total Body Workout, Ab Blast and his Ultimate Aerobics video (box set was under $20 at cduniverse.com.) I just completed the Total Body Workout and my arms are sore - I haven't done so many pushups since when I had my personal trainer. Curious to see if anyone else was incorporating his videos in their schedules. His video was a nice change from doing the normal weight training routine - he just focuses on good old fashioned calisthenics - he reminds me alot of my old personal trainer, except he is a male version of her.

One, two, thureeee!

I have done a few of his workouts, but as a person who hates push-ups and sit-ups, I tend to avoid them. They are a nice change form the usual workouts as he uses body weight for resistance. We have Strength, Stamina, Iso Workouts, Ultimate Aerobic and Total Body.
