I've had Strength and Stamina and they aren't impossible but you better love to do tons of push-ups. Strength is basically push-ups, push-ups, and more push-ups in various positions with some lunges, squats, and abs at the end. I liked Stamina better. It's format is alternating kickboxing, jumping jacks, lunges, squats, and push-ups with abs at the end (if I remember right). The real problem with them is Scott's cueing. He counts out One-Two-THA-REE the whole time and it gets pretty annoying. It's a military thing.
I'd say Stamina is worth $5 if you like the bootcamp style, but skip the other two.
