Question Has anyone seen a workout video with...

...an instructor or background exerciser who wears glasses? I don't know why I just now noticed this, but as a glasses wearer who has worked out to exercise dvds for years, I don't think I've ever noticed an instructor or even a background exerciser who wears glasses! I ALWAYS wear my glasses while working out. I have bad vision and although I did wear contacts for many years, after time I became very sensitive to contacts and switched to wearing glasses full time. Anyway, I just wanted to comment that I think this is very strange that there aren't any videos (that I can think of) that have exercisers wearing glasses. Have any of you seen any glasses wearers in workouts?

I have on a background exerciser. I cannot remember who it was. I will post if I remember.

I think it's a sweat problem..... hard to deal with them slipping while on camera. I'm guessing.....

Jessica Smith Walk Strong 1 has a background exerciser wearing glasses. I think it's in the Party Walk. I want to say that Karen Voight had a male backgrounder wearing glasses, but I may be mistaken.

ETA: No, I was right! Karen Voight has a male exerciser in Lean Legs and Buns, Pure Arms and Abs, and Pure and Simple Stretch that wears glasses. I think it's the same guy.

Pahla B and Larie on youtube wear glasses - always makes me happy too

I don't have any DVDs that have people wearing glasses - I think glare might play a part in that perhaps, plus I think it's the 'norm' and expected that people don't.

I wear glasses, never had a problem with them slipping off due to sweat myself but I do take them off for yoga or other workouts where I might have to lie face down.

Oh yeah, Pahla B. And I've never heard of Larie before- I'll need to look at her channel! It's nice to see some instructors with glasses. There are a lot of people out there that wear glasses! You're right that glare might be a problem while filming.

I've never had issues with my glasses slipping with sweat. The only problem I have is if I'm doing anything down on the floor my dogs want to lick my face and end up slobbering on my glasses. I usually have to clean the lenses after a workout!
