Looking for tough floor work without planks

I'm doing chair and floor exercise now because of an injury to both feet. It's disappointing that so many things advertised as floor or mat workouts have tons of planks and down dogs that I can't do because of my feet. Does anyone have any recommendations for good tough mat workouts that don't involve those? I can sit, kneel, and lie down, but I can't do weight on my feet. I am looking mostly for lower body, but total body is fine too. I have Cathe's "To The Mat" in one of her sets, but I don't find it that challenging. Barlates is challenging, but so much of it is planks and down dogs.

Ballet Beautiful's floor work.

Many of Linda Wooldridges floor work are tough. She has many on youtube. You can search for floor work or for ankle weight workouts (and just do without the ankle weight if you choose). Just noticed you commented on Barlates already (Sorry!)

Can you do glutes bridges or is that too much weight on your feet??

Barlates Quiet Quarantine Mat would be great. It is tough and all seated or lying down without any pressure on your feet.

I don't know if you use downloads or not but there's Cathe Live #291 Legs and Core Down on the Floor that's no standing and a very short plank section which can be modified to knees. The side planks are also easily modified with putting your knee down instead of your foot.

Here's the link to the download purchase and a short video clip:

The four Barlates links I posted in your last thread did not have any plank work or down dogs. Most were sidelying. Maybe try those.

Thanks for sharing this one. It looks great and I'm going to try it soon.
