Chair and Floor workouts?

I have a foot injury, and I'm looking for chair or mat workouts that I can do for a while. I've found Paul Eugene on You Tube, and I love those workouts because they are energetic. I have a DVD called Simply Seated which is OK, but not as good as Paul Eugene. I've found Caroline Jordan on You Tube, but I haven't actually tried any of her workouts yet. I've managed to adapt some Tae Bo and KCM boxing to a chair. Good floor work (except for abs) is hard to find. A lot of it is too easy, and a lot of it has so many planks or down dogs that I can't do. Does anyone have any suggestions? Hopefully, this will not be forever, but I'm willing to buy DVDs if needed.

HASfit, Lucy Wyndham-Smith, Donovan Green, Pahla B Fitness and Jessica Smith have good seated workouts.

When I hurt my foot, I used a lot of Caroline Jordan hurt foot workouts on youtube. Also, Barlates Quiet Quarantine Mat workout is good if have a hurt foot. It's on youtube as well.

I recently suffered from a substantial calf injury and this workout from Team Body Project helped me keep moving:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPNad9WjtEc

I used a stability ball in place of a chair to add more balance challenge. As my calf started to heal, I gradually started standing for some of the intervals until I could do the entire routine standing.

I will likely be restricted low impact indefinitely. I ended up subscribing to their website because they have a lot of low impact cardio options that are fun and have great music! The variety of their full library of workouts is impressive too.

PBS has an excellent, long running show called Sit and Be Fit. This is the website: https://www.sitandbefit.org/. I did these when I broke my foot a few years ago along with Jessica Smith.

I've also been using a number of really good workouts with the stability ball lately. Many of them I've enjoyed are Gaiam Susan Deason's older workouts but there are plenty of choices out there.

Kimberly Spreen 10 Minute Solution Stability Ball Workout
Lara Hudson 10 Minute Solution Pilates on the Ball
Cathe Friedrich Core Max, Butts and Guts, Stretch Max
Sara Ivanhoe On the Ball Yoga Workout for Beginners
Susan Deason Balance Ball for Beginners, Balance Ball for Weight Loss
Karen Voight BLT (Butt, Legs, Tummy) ball workout
Keli Roberts Quick Fix Stability Ball workout
Liz Gillies Stability Ball workout for Dummies
Linda Wooldridge Barre Ball Total Body (DVD-R)
Core Ball for Beginners & Beyond

There's also some with more of a cardio factor with Gaiam Tanja Djelevic's Cardio Burn Ball workout, if you can do any standing at all.

For advanced floorwork, any of the Barlates mat workouts on youtube might work. Depends how much pressure you can put on the foot. These ones have little pressure:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UChCzzY17c Target 10 Outer Thighs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPsHRulM8tk Target 10 Glutes
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ix5lkw8E2zI Target 20 Thighs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLMrdU6gWZI Ankle Weight Front and Back of Thighs

I use these a lot. These are side lying or prone/supine.

PS: Don't go based on looks, all the Barlates workouts look easier than they are to actually do.

There was a series off DVD programs released called Stronger Seniors that offers seated and standing options. They are geared for senior citizens, but they might be an option.
