Thank you for introducing yourself! So happy to meet you! It’s tough getting back into an exercise routine. My main suggestion would be do less than you think you can as you start your fitness journey. If you overdo, and get sore, you won’t be as motivated to continue. In the beginning it’s important to find a balance between too little and too much. Classic Stretch has a streaming site.
