I really like James Crossley's Get Fit at 40+. It's 3 supersets at 10 reps, and the pace is quite slow. You can do the full-body weights plus warmup and cooldown in 39 minutes, or you can make a longer workout by adding chapters of HIIT, back stretching, and core (there is some core in the weight workout). James is quiet and encouraging.

Pyramids Combo ~ I lift heavy with this one. I have to work out at my office gym because I like to use the squat rack for the squat/plié combo. Bar for deadlifts too.
12, 10, 8 PERFECT!!!

STS Total Body ~ 2-2 count, no low ends, no partials I can lift pretty heavy at 12, 16...because we start with 12 fresh we can heavy up and give all we got on the first set.

Drop Sets ~ I like it but don’t reach out for it often.

Body Beast Total Body! It really is hard, though, to go TOO awful heavy when there's 15 reps!! I really wish Sagi would come out with more total body workouts that have less reps (which could, however, lose the cardio effect that BBTB boasts).

What’s the harm in lifting a few extra reps if your body can handle it?
I agree

These were my suggestions....PLB/PUB Combo and STS Total Body. I forgot about Amy Bento's Drop Sets. I wish I could stream that and SloMo.

I sometimes use Cathe's Slow & Heavy as a total body by skipping some sets of some things. Maybe think of it more as picking out the exercises you "want" to do and cutting out a bunch.

I like Cathe's Strong and Sweaty Giant Sets. I use my weight bench instead of the stability ball and you can use dumbbells in place of the barbell (if you don't have one).

I also like Cathe's LITE Pyramid Pump which has a total body premix. She uses a stability ball in this one too but I substitute my weight bench. You could also use a step with risers instead.

Good idea! This can be done too by picking only larger muscle groups; Legs, Back, Chest, Shoulders. I guess you do this using the Cathe Blender? Not sure if that the name of the tool.
