I am starting my workouts again after a tough 11 months of both full-time college and work. I tried to squeeze in workouts here and there but nothing consistent (and NOTHING the last 5 months!
).
I am doing Cathe's new LITE series to start. Because of the format she uses during her strength DVDs, there are 20 minute premixes on just about every DVD that only include the first part of the workouts (along with warm-up and stretch). The PHA DVD has one set of all the exercises, which clock in around 25 minutes. This will be perfect for me while I build up my strength and endurance. Also, the 20 minutes is totally doable in the morning.
