I agree with many of the responses already here. My additions are mostly throwbacks:

- Seane Corn
- Tammy Lee Webb
- Liz Gillies
- Minna Lessig
- Patricia Walden

This is a great topic - for home exercisers detailed instruction is so important, yet so often neglected.

I second Karen Voight.

Alan Finger -- on his (wonderful) Yoga Zone Yoga for Conditioning and Stress Release, his cueing is so good that you can do the whole thing without opening your eyes.

I welcome "throwbacks" since I have a large video collection and lots of oldies. However the hard part is finding something easy enough since I'm working on getting my strength back after a long absence from weights....Injury and aging! Boy the sale I could have.

Cathe Friedrich, especially in her earlier Pure Strength series where she has great form pointers for weights. I think she cues well for step too, but her earlier step routines are a bit better in the cueing dept than her later ones.

Kathy Smith, I like that she counts and does even sides. And in her videos where she teaches something outside her area of expertise (belly dancing, kickboxing, etc.) she has a pro on board.

For yoga, IMO Rodney Yee can't be beat.

For Pilates, even though she's dry and monotone, Moira of Stott Pilates gives very detailed instructions. Very, very detailed.
