I have a lot of Leslie's - just walking - walking with boosting - walking with toning.

I tend to like just walking or walking with boosting. But I want to know it's a boosted walk before I start. I have my Leslie's in order on the shelf by number of miles; I should also label them as Walking, Walking + Boosts, Walking + Toning.

I never thought I'd reach that point, but I'm purging pretty much all of my Leslie's as well and just keep a handful! (Now if only someone would want them, it'd be even better! )

Kelly Marie,

If you buy it, I would recommend getting all four levels of the power packs. I think the basic set gives you #1 & #2, but I'd get #3 and #4, too:

Is the tension enough to work up to? I love the idea of it.

I'm not sure I understand your question exactly, but there's definitely a BIG difference between #1 and #4.

I pared down my Leslies awhile back. I found that I only like the fast miles--12 minutes max--and I like them to be continuous miles. If I'm doing a Leslie, I'm trying to get some extra steps in and don't want to have to think too much. I definitely don't use her for strength work. Anyway, it's kind of hard to get my heart rate up with her new workouts because she so carefully delineates the miles and starts up slow again at each mile marker. I wish she would make a fast five-miler that went straight through without slowing down. Like five 10-minute miles in a row! I know she'll never do it, but maybe someone else will.

Anyway, until that one comes out, at least I don't need to worry about spending money on her workouts!
