As far as workouts go I only have Slide n Glide from Cathe. It's a fun workout but I prefer the toning-only premix. I have found that adding the dics into other workouts have been beneficial however; I can now do lunges without knee pain. They're pretty easy to sub into most workouts. Cathe's Hi Reps and STS TB also use the Discs but it's not a Disc workout.

A spray silicone might help them slide easier on the puzzle mat.
Some people say paper plates work. Have you tried that? The Jane Fonda sliders remind me of the furniture sliders that you can find in the hardware section of the store. I haven't actually compared them, but they look very similar. |
