Slide and Glide clip

Cathe's blog has a Slide and Glide clip but when I click on it, it says this video is private. Can anyone else view it?

ETA: Okay, I can view it now.

I can't view it either. I hope they get it figured out soon. I want to see it!

ETA: Now it works! Looks good, and less crazy-intense than Afterburn.

oh my goodness! This workout looks like so much fun! I was more excited about afterburn when I first preordered and didn't think I'd be interested in slide and glide but after seeing the clip I'm thinking I might like it better! Question for you guys: Do you think furniture gliders would work for this workout? I screwed up and canceled my first preorder when I could have gotten the free sliding discs and reordered after they were no longer available. I use the furniture gliders I have for select moves when I want to modify something high impact (squat thrusts, mountain climbers). I'm not sure if I could use them for a whole workout though...

I liked this clip better than Afterburn, especially the toning section. I may have to get this one from Mary after further reviews.

I had really had high hopes for this workout, but it looks boring. OK so low impact isn't for me right now which is totally A OK. Hopefully the next series will bring back the high impact. Maybe I will look into the barre and yoga workouts instead to add more variety to my supplemental workouts.

I liked Afterburn better.

To those who have done gliding workouts, are gliding discs comfortable for non stop movement over an entire workout? I have never tried them. I am wondering whether the feet will tend to slip out or if they will be tough to control? Cathe and her crew seemed to be having no issues, but then they are super fit.

I could almost visualize doing Slide and Glide without the discs. It seems like they are using standard moves without the jumping to unload the foot. It's also at a slower pace than Cathe's past hi-lo. I didn't preorder, but I kind of like the looks of this one - not so much Afterburn.

You have to keep your foot firmly planted on the disk or yes, they can get away from you. Once you get the hang of it, it's like riding a bike.

I've done a half hour or so of continuous gliding with mindy's old set. they really work the legs!
