Thanks, Samantha! And Steve too!

I listened to both the intro videos (podcast-style with an earbud, while doing some stretching exercises). Basically he describes his credentials and who he studied with, then in the second part of the second video, calls for the various "schools" of kettlebells to quit the bickering and drama, band together and show examples of good form to counter the widely-popular, self-proclaimed-"expert" trainers with terrible form. Good on him! I hope he can get wider exposure, like being on GMA.

Hi Sam

Thanks to yourself and Steve for showing these. I've got all of Steves DVDs and he's fantastic. I had to laugh when he was throwing the kettlebell in the house. My DH eyes watered. He's made me promise to practice this in the garden lol.

Seriously thank you both very much.

These are great Samantha and Steve! My only wish is he use a stationary camera if at all possible. The clips gave me a headache with the camera shacking.

Afirmrose : I will let him know, you are right !
Thanks to you girls for appreciating the videos , he puts a lot of heart in what he teaches and he wants also people who are not enough into kbs to go to workshops or courses or a pt have access to some good info since as a great tool kb is, if done improperly can cause injuries.

Steve is a class act. I have so much respect for him because he leaves any ego at the door and is completely humble, focusing more on helping others and spreading the word than being arrogant or a show off. His sincerity and authenticity truly shines through.

He needs to make more dvds!!!

I second this. Thanks to both of you for these videos. And Samantha, I think that you being a home exerciser can provide a unique perspective from our point of view. Keep'em coming!

I think Steve is adorable!

(Oh, yeah, and he's a great instructor, too!)
