I use 2 lbs hand weight... which is actually become easier as I've been doing Leslie for months now... I think I'm gonna get 3 pounds weights next!

Sometimes I use weighted gloves 1.5 pounds. I found these at TJ Maxx from Gold's Gym very good price and comfortable.

These are all such great suggestions. Thanks so much! I already have the powerbelt from WATP for Abs and Walk Away Your Waistline, so I'll start playing with that with all my Leslie Sansone walks until I can pick up some other hand weights.

Definitely build up slowly Nitaclare and be careful with shoulder movements at first. I usually use 4 or 5 lb weights, but worked up from 1 lb. I do slow down most of the arm movements, but can really get a super workout. I love Leslie workouts and I love how adaptable they are!

I was able to find 2# Danskin weighted balls at a sporting goods store.
