I was just getting ready to post the times. Here is the response I received fr Body Groove when I asked the lengths of the workouts:

Thanks for reaching out.
HIIT 2 comes with 4 workouts plus the Bonus Core Workout and the Bonus series House Party 2.
All of the workouts are between 29-31 minutes.
The bonus Core workout is 33 minutes.
House Party comes with 3 workouts.
1st is 29 mins, 2nd is 30 mins, and 3rd is 27 mins.

So...I may just have to get it 😁

I was never interested in these until I actually looked at some of the clips a few days ago. The music is great! Love the whole vibe so I ordered the set yesterday.

Got my USPS shipping notice this morning! Can’t wait to get my groove on!

I did HIIT 2, workout 1 today, it was 29 min all led by Heather. I liked it, but I wouldn't call it HIIT. It was more steady state at a moderately brisk pace. It had simple choreo, music was okay. The second song had a country feel, the second last song had some down to the floor and back up. The last song was all on the floor, a free flowing stretch of sorts. I like Heather, but I prefer Misti, I love her energy.

Steady state isn't a bad thing to me but I hope you are able to report that some of the workouts follow through on the title.

There is also a House Party 2 dvd that looks like being lead by Misty.

I just did HIIT 2 workout 2. It was good, I liked it but didn’t love it. I was all led by Heather & again not what I’d call HIIT. The first song was slow, a warm up of sorts. The next couple were intervals, but a normal BG pace with slower intervals & “strike a pose”. There was one song that had faster paced intervals with higher impact options. The last song was slow standing movements, then down to the floor.

Hmm this seems disappointing...was it?
