I have both and tend to use FT2 more often. The wealth of content on Core Elements is great, but has the disadvantage of making the menu difficult to navigate, at least for me. My favorite is the original DVD, because it’s geared towards athletes, and I’m a huge fan of Peter Park

Hi - can anyone provide total run times of DVD products with an * asterisk:

*(1) 2011 Foundation Training - side view of man standing with wide-leg forward bend with twist, facing away from us
https://www.amazon.com/Foundation-Tr.../dp/B00BW6JFR0

*(2) 2012 Foundation Training - view of a man's back arms pointed to ceiling (similar picture to 2011 book of the same name) - this is an "enhanced" e-book that has 10 demonstration video segments.
https://www.google.com/shopping/prod...052192233112_0

(3) 2014 Foundation Training - 168 min : man standing on water in forward bend toward us
https://www.amazon.com/Foundation-Tr...5607635&sr=8-3

*(4) 2018 Foundation Training Core Elements - 5.5 hours (?) mountain with side-view of a woman from a distance (also sold on their site)
https://www.amazon.com/Foundation-Tr...5607580&sr=8-3

in past VF threads, people refer to "Foundation Training 1" and "Foundation Training 2" and i'm guessing it's (2) and (3) respectively from what i listed above?

yet another question - Do DVDs (1) and (2) have the same content?

of the 4, which one do you recommend?
