Roku
To my great disappointment, I can’t stream Walking Online Workouts on Roku (Roku no longer carries her content provider). I’m looking for good walking workouts that I can do via my Roku. I went ahead and purchased a few Jessica Smith offerings from Amazon Prime so I can use those , but the pickings were slim. Any recommendations?

You can access Youtube via Roku. I'm sure other VF'ers can give you youtube walking workout sites.

Well, I was wondering why the WOW workouts stopped showing up on the VHX app. Thanks for the update. I have just been plugging my laptop into the TV with the HDMI cord, like I do my other streaming workouts.
