I saw these today at Walmart. They were in the fitness section.
What I am wondering is, what are the workouts like? The infomercial showed a lot of plank exercises which are pretty tough but I thought I remembered reading the workouts were more beginner-ish.
Anybody done them yet?

I went to another Walmart today and they did not have it!!!! I give up already. It was not in the as seen on TV section and not in the fitness section. I guess I don't really need it anyway. So I consoled myself by buying a Roku!
