I keep a blanket in my workspace for this and think it easier than dealing with a carpet remnant.

I use a yoga blanket, but the most slippery would probably be a fleece blanket. It is so easy to throw down when needed and move out of the way when I don't need it.

I guess if you wanted to do your entire workout on the carpet remnant, that would be fine, but I prefer to just be on the puzzle mat unless I need the blanket.

I have the Jane Fonda gliding discs and they work on puzzle mats perfectly. I am probably the person who posted about them before Doubtful you can find them, but you never know!

Oooh, a blanket is a good idea too. Thanks!

Doubtful, but I'm going to keep an eye out. Might have to check out Play it Again Sports too. Cross your fingers for me, enabler!
