Anyone have Shadow Boxer belt?
Has anyone here used the Shadow Boxer belt?
http://www.bestdirect.tv/product-Shadowboxer-SHAUK.htm It looks like it could be fun to use with Taebo, or any other boxing/kickboxing videos. The only things I am worried about are durability - it looks plasticy and sizing of the belt - it's not one size fits all (which could be a good thing) but comes in small. medium or large depending on your waist size, so does that mean you have to get a new one when you lose the weight? |

I'm not completely sure but I think there are a few versions of this type of belt that are used for (and come with?) walking workouts.
