Yeah, my copy of this came yesterday and so I'm starting it tomorrow. Can't wait! That actually sounds exactly like what I was looking for.

I finished the last day of the HIIT one today, and while I liked it okay, I have such ambivalent feelings about HIIT overall. The moves that I like, I really like. I like the instructor. I like the cycles of intervals with recovery. But some of the moves are just way too hard for me to do quickly, and so I wind up modifying a lot. :/

I started the Jessica Smith kickboxing DVD today and I am already in serious love. This is EXACTLY the kind of short workout I adore: totally low impact but powerful moves and high energy. Plus I really like Jessica overall. Thanks to everyone who suggested this one!

kat999, i was just reminded about Linda Wooldridge/Barlates - many of her workouts are chaptered and are short so that you can add-on what you want.

perhaps someone can chime in on the ones with 10-min segments. i have several where she has 15 min segments, but the titles escape me right now.

The Target 10 Barlates DVD is really good. The segments are 11-12 minutes long total. There are different body parts - arms, abs, quads, back, etc. for each segment.
