Is there a rotation calendar for Life Fit 360?

A very kind VFer gave me the Denise Life Fit 360 DVDs. Is there a program/order of doing the DVDs/calendar?

There is a free trial so you can create an account and get the rotation that Denise suggests according to your fitness level but I agree it is easy to make your own plan.

I joined the Denise 360 plan for one free month. Asked customer service about plans. Their reply:

"I am sorry the 10 Week Plan DVDs do not come with a guide.
Our online 10 Week Plan membership provides the daily workout guide that you can use with your DVDs.

However, as a general guiding principle, Denise recommends doing 3 Cardio and 2 toning or strength workouts per week and she uses Saturdays to do a workout of your choice, like Yoga or Mother and Daughter Dance Workout.

To get started, Denise likes to alternate Walk With Me and the Fat Blasting Cardio Workouts as the cardio workouts for the week. They can be repeated during the week. Then the Total Body Toning and Barre Toning can be the Toning workouts for the week.

You can change it up to work for you!"
