Hi Everyone,

Let's see...catching up - ---Yesterday at lunch I did Faithful Workouts - Drop Down Weights - Michelle did a circuit of 3 exercises first 15 reps, then 10, then 5, then switched to another circuit. The time did go by fast and it was a nice quick workout to do at lunch. I also walked after work with DD.

This morning was - Faithful Workouts - Everything Workout -and this was truly everything - Pazaz (cardio dance), Multi-Muscle (4 limb stuff), standing core, kickboxing, floor legs, core on the floor and a stretch. It packed a lot in! She changed workout styles with each song change.

I also did CS 1009 - Stress relief - this was an all-floor work class.

I think for my lunch break today I will do some Yoga...

Hope everyone has a good day - Happy Friday!

TGIF!!!

Mostly walking for me yesterday. My usual pre-walk stretch routine plus a lunch walk (30 minutes) and a short evening walk (15 minutes).

Have a wonderful day!

Hi all !!

Just walking yesterday for me. I finally got my crown put in. So far so good. I plan to walk and get back to PBL today.

DONNA, good job with all your different workouts. That Faithful Workout sounds very varied, I guess no time to get bored with that one. I tried a couple of blogilates and I think Cassey is even more difficult than Lisa! And yes perky! I'll have to check out Lazy Dancer Tips on YT.

Waves to PAT and ROSE.

Have a great day!

I finally did a Margaret Richard workout this morning! I really like the way I feel after them - worked out, but calm.

Today was:

Essentrics Connective Tissue Workout w/ Miranda
Margaret's Unplugged 2024

Gypsy Rose - that is annoying when you lose a post!

Summer Breeze - Glad your dental work is done! Lazy Dancer on You Tube is very nice, but i"m not sure i could do the workouts - but she is encouraging.

waves, Pat!

Hope everyone has a good day-

Donna

Hi all !!

More PBL and walking yesterday. Probably going to continue with that today too.

ROSE, agh sorry about the lost post. Nice workouts though.

DONNA, yes MR does make me feel good.
Maybe I'll sneak a few in with my PBL schedule.

Hi PAT.

Have a great weekend!

Hi Everyone,

This morning was:

Essentrics Express Posture w/ Amanda
Yoga w/ Adriene - Full Body Flow

I may do something else later...just not sure what. Yesterday DD and i walked.

I have (obviously) been in the mood for lower key workouts lately!

Hope everyone has a good day!

Hi all !!

I'm getting a little boring here. PBL and walking again yesterday. I did a couple of short walks to the store and back this morning. Not sure if I'll do a regular walk or not. I'm contemplating that right now. It's my DD's birthday today and we're planning on going out to dinner later, outdoor style. She won't eat inside a restaurant. lol

DONNA, I'm feeling kind of low key myself today. Maybe I'll just go with it.

ROSE, looking forward to hearing more about MR's streaming workouts.

Hi PAT.

Have a great day everyone!

Hello!

20 minutes of Richard Simmon's Broadway. It was fun.

Margaret Richard 406.Good music, great energy. Hard deltoids, triceps & inner thighs, the last done to 'People are Strange.' Normal glutes & abs.

Summer Breeze Walking & PBL are a perfect combo. 'Contentment' vs boredom.

Donna- You are right, the Unpluggeds are calming. The streaming follows the same format, running about 25 minutes but with a more energetic feel. And a greater variety of exercises though the last DVD in the 2000s she's gets pretty creative with her moves. The creative ones on streaming feel a bit more effective.

PatI hope you had a good weekend!

Okay, tomorrow is the last day of 90 degree weather where I live...bring on the cold front!

Hi Everyone,

Today was back to Faithful Workouts, so I did:

Faithful Workouts - Total Body in the Barn - this one used a circular band and tubing and included a variety of exercises - some floor work, etc. It was a littl bit of everything.

Yoga w/ Adriene - Yoga for When You are Stuck (15 min)

A dreary looking day out there today - not in the mood for Monday. My daughter has the day off from school and she and her friends are going to go hiking, if it doesn't rain. I'm glad to see her getting out - although I'm nervous about her driving there by herself, I guess at some point I'll get used to it! LOL!

Rose - that does sound like fun w/ Richard! We are having a few hot days here but then it will supposedly cool down. I hate the cold so not looking forward to winter, especially w/ COVID - at least w/ the warm weather we're able to get to the park and walk and we often get take out and have a picnic there, too.

Summer Breeze - nothing wrong w/ walking and Pilates!

Waves, Pat - happy "Moan" day!
