-Sweatin' to the Oldies 3 -Sweat & Shout -Disco Sweat -Sweatin' to the Oldies 5 -Party Off the Pounds -Boogie Down the Pounds (these titles, omg) I remember getting rid of SttO 1 and 2 long ago, they were slower I think and I wasn't so crazy about the songs. But who knows? I might really like them now. They're all a rather hilarious way to do some cardio work and his cuing is pathetic but I don't care, I dance anyway and I *love* his corny enthusiasm! There are a few of his workouts that never made it to DVD; I wonder if they're on Youtube? ETA - Yes, I found Dance Your Pants Off! and Groovin' in the House, along with some others. Cool!
