LOL Diana, I have never used the new posts button.

No workout today, but I was busy. Had the last set of knee injections until September. Then I took care of DD. She started feeling sick on Friday. Negative covid test. Some other virus apparently. Terrible cough, very sore throat, laryngitis. I got her an appointment to see a Dr at a local clinic and she got a couple of prescriptions but not antibiotics. Prednisone and something else. She hates to miss work, but has kept calling in sick. I hope I don't catch it.

Hi Everyone!

Cynthia I have always read VF via the new posts button. So happy to have it back. Little things make me happy, LOL. I sure hope you don't catch what you DD has and hope she feels better quickly. If she has something respiratory try some ginger tea.

Waving Hi all around. Have a Blessed evening!

Diana, I bought a box of ginger-turmeric tea yesterday at Trader Joe's and DD has gone through half the box already! She likes it.

Once I discovered it, never went back! I'm smiling every time I use it, now that's it's back.

Check-in: outdoor walk with the book club. Day was gray, but torrential rain is expected tomorrow.

DD could talk today, which sure beat communicating by text message.

Can't report steps - FitBit Charge 5 isn't responsive. Been on the chat last night & today. Don't know which way to go if they call it "Life expectancy". This one is a replacement for the last one that stopped well within the warranty period. Not sure if this one will be replaced or not.

So.... pausing posting until it's resolved one way or another.
