This is where I am with eating (but not so mild). I've been maintaining my weight for a long time using a lot of mental games to stick with my plan, but I just don't feel like I have the energy - mental or physical - to do it now. My mind is so stressed with everything else that it's just not up for more than that. So now, on top of everything else, I have the stress/anxiety of feeling defeated about my lack of willpower and worrying about my clothes not fitting when I finally give up my leggings/sweats daily outfits.

Oh, rats.

I'd just cleared out my checklist of incoming packages. Everything was either received or returned (boots didn't fit; vendor sent wrong item).

What did I do first thing this morning? Ordered not one, but two winter sweaters. Do I need them? No. I love the design and they had my colors in pre-order. Sigh.

On the plus side, they won't be in stock for a while, so maybe I can use this delay to remind myself not to do more shopping.

Yes, retail therapy. I needed some craft supplies and actually talked myself down from overbuying. I just bought what I needed. For a change...

It's hard to be mindful sometimes!

Retail therapy... Too many books! I an cutting back on buying since my library is loaning books again. I went on Etsy for the first time this year to shop for holidays. I stay off of Etsy all year because there is way too much temptation on there!

Yes, Etsy is my danger zone! I can't go on there without buying a hula hoop or 3, lol. But they're all so pretty!
