Just the facts:
11/30/2020: 60 minutes Power Zone Ride for the challenge (over/unders). tough-ish workout**,
Post Ride Stretch, 10 minute upper body strength with Ally. PM:
5 minute total body strength with Ally,
15 minutes Hydrow beginner row
** Over Unders: I ride below my lactate threshold, then over, then back under then over .... Zones 2, 4, 2, 5 and then some recovery. 3 sets. I don't know what is worse: Long and slow steady endurance or quick bouts of tough pedaling. They each have their purpose and I need both.
I'm doing a December rotation with strength with one of the Peloton groups. Well, they posted it, I printed it and I'm doing it. I didn't tell them or join a check in or anything. But it appears to be (maybe) doable.
November stats:
- Rowed: 19x (goal was 18)
- Ran: 13 runs (goal was 12-16)
- Workout days: 30/30 (goal!)
- total for 2020 so far? 335/366 (look out December, here I come)
- Weight: Still coming down - little hiccup with the holiday week. Still on track
- Shrinking incredibly with redistrubution of weight.
- Rebounding: 1x (no goal set)
