Split firewood for 2 hours ( I mostly heat the house at night with a woodstove). Counting it as a total body strength workout combined with cardio! Surprising how much I felt it in my core. Glad I do a lot of core workouts.

MBF Week 2, Day 9, Core Circuit. I sometimes think I'm going to go ahead and double up but I'm completely wasted after these workouts. I think I'm used to pushing myself half heartedly through longer workouts and with MBF I know they are shorter so I can give them my all. That dang cordless jump rope sometimes flies out of my left hand though!

I bet this was quite the workout!!! You defininitely need a strong core to be able to do this!

Eager to get all the winter wood cut & split, I did 2 more hours splitting logs this afternoon. Tomorrow is definitely a rest day. Thankful that I can this. Wouldn’t be able to without my home gym and support of VFers.
